This is a brand new, unused pair of Berluti's limited-edition 4-eyelet full-brogue patina leather wholecut shoes, released during the Madame Olga era. I've owned various Berluti shoes, but this is a masterpiece, a monster of craftsmanship, and undoubtedly a special pair that ranks among the "all-time best." The upper features a beautiful tobacco brown patina, typical of Berluti, while the sole has a dark brown patina. Based on Berluti's iconic wholecut design, this unique and exceptionally beautiful shoe utilizes the full-brogue construction, with the entire shoe meticulously hand-stitched by artisans, similar to the masterpieces like Indio, Scars, and Rapiece Sur Mesure, and Andy. The sole and upper are carefully hand-stitched together, resulting in a sole made of independent parts. Unlike the heavy Indio, the lift and front sole are made of special rubber soles, making them lighter than they appear and providing excellent grip, making them easy to walk in. These shoes were very expensive even among Berluti's ready-to-wear offerings in the past, and they sold out quickly, so most people have probably never even seen them. Currently, there are no artisans capable of producing them, so they are not even available as a special order. Even bespoke orders can only have the upper made, as the sole stitching detail is impossible to produce. As expected from Berluti, which started with leather shoes.
