The craftsman has experience studying in Cremona, and it exhibits several characteristics common to old Italian violins, such as purfling that faces inward, corners made with the inner frame method, carefully carved f-holes, and a bright varnish. The wood is also beautiful with stunning tiger-stripe figuring. The high notes are close to Italian violins, with a very powerful, bright, and responsive impression.
