There are notes written in permanent marker on one side of each of the attachment points for the center fin and the left fin. Please check photos 2 and 3. I was unable to erase them, so I have listed this item as "defective" and am selling it as is. There are fine scratches overall, but it can be used normally. Please purchase only if you do not mind the above.
