Thank you for viewing. This is a dress from the Nordic Finnish fashion brand, IvanaHelsinki. The chest area is elasticized with rubber and can be worn as a bandeau top. The fabric has a natural feel and is slightly sheer. The off-white lace has an antique lace design. There are belt loops at the waist, and a corsage is included. The bird on the corsage is an "Arctic Tern," a representative motif of IvanaHelsinki (the Arctic Tern design was also featured in a past collaboration with Uniqlo). The dress has been worn once, and there is no significant damage. There is some color unevenness on the string that holds the motif (see image). It's a standard flat string, so a replacement can be purchased at a craft store, and since the motif has holes and isn't sewn on, you could substitute it with a ribbon you have.
