This is a 1950s KODAK PONY 135 CAMERA Model B, an American-made 135 (35mm) film camera. It's a lens shutter type, and I confirmed the changes in each shutter speed, including bulb, by the sound of the shutter. The aperture moves smoothly, and there is no oil seepage on the aperture blades. The focusing helicoid also turned normally with moderate resistance, not being loose. There is some dust and debris inside the viewfinder, but there is no blurry cloudiness, and I think it's in a relatively clean condition for its age. The lens has some dust particles, but no noticeable scratches, and there was no mold or cloudiness even when held up to the light. I have confirmed that the retractable lens mechanism is also working correctly. The sliding latch for opening and closing the back cover also moves smoothly. It's a vintage camera that's about 70 years old, but it's in a condition where you can take pictures normally if you load film. The only included accessory is the strap; there is no lens cap or case.
