This is a liquid eyeliner from Ledom, with a brush pen type applicator. It's easy to draw thin lines, and has a highly pigmented black color. The flexible brush tip allows for a clean finish on the outer corners of the eyes. I've used it a few times, but there's still plenty remaining.
