I like the feel of a bicycle with a utilitarian look, and although I installed it thinking I would eventually use it, I haven't actually used it as a carrier, so the condition is good. The product condition is listed as having some scratches and dirt, but there are marks from the installation tightening. All included parts are present. English/French installation manuals are available in PDF format. *The original manual also did not include Japanese.
