This is "Tokimeki Memorial Selection Shiori Fujisaki" for the Sega Saturn. It has been tested to work, but only for initial operation. Included are the instruction manual, obi, postcard, and a paper with the lyrics to the songs. The paper with the lyrics has some stains. The front of the package has some scratches. The back also has some scratches, and some damage at the bottom. The disc surface is clean. Please refer to the images for the condition.
