I found this in my parents' warehouse. It's the June 1979 issue of Rekishi Dokuhon (History Reader). It's a 44-year-old magazine and quite old. It features articles on villains, "nobuseri" (wandering bandits), and ikki (peasant uprisings), as well as the episode of Koguchi Kohei, who wouldn't let go of his trumpet even in death. The writing staff is also impressive.
