They were said to be unused, but I haven't confirmed it. They are opened, and I don't know how many years have passed since they were purchased. I haven't tested their functionality either. Please refrain from purchasing if you are a perfectionist or are looking for a flawless product. If you understand the above, thank you. I will secure them with wrap, put them in a plastic bag, and then either put them in a padded envelope or wrap them in cushioning material before putting them in an envelope.
