This is a work by leather artist Hideo Motoike (residing in Tottori Prefecture). My mother purchased it about 40 years ago and never wore it. She kept it carefully in a case and displayed it as a work of art. It's about 5 centimeters wide. It has aged over the years, giving it an antique look, but the color hasn't faded noticeably.
