I purchased this for a reformed Boehm clarinet. Leuthner reeds are mainly recommended, but I was using Arundos Tosca. Comes with a case. Sponge is set at the top and bottom of the adjuster case to protect the mouthpiece. Please refrain from purchasing if you are nervous, as it is stored by an amateur.
