I don't have the box, and the artist is unknown. This is a bamboo tea scoop (chashaku) with a mid-section knot. The back is lacquered in red, with the characters for "snow" (雪) in gold, "moon" (月) in silver, and cherry blossoms (桜) in gold. These represent the theme of "snow, moon, and flowers" (setsu-getsu-ka). There is some soiling on the tip of the tea scoop, as it was used – see the left side in the last photo.
