This is a metal fitting used when inserting kanzashi into a nihongami wig to prevent damage to the tabo (a bun-like structure). The part where the kanzashi is inserted is movable, allowing you to adjust the angle. It has been stored unused. I do not know the specifics. Please purchase only if you know how to use it.
