This colorful top by Cindy was purchased about 20 years ago. It's a tunic length, reaching just below the hips. I've worn it a few times and have kept it in storage since then. There are a few faint stains, but overall it's in good condition and still wearable. It has a relaxed silhouette overall, with a balloon shape that tapers at the hem. It's very cute.
