I purchased this five years ago and used it for about two years. I've taken photos to show as much as possible, but there are stains, dirt, and scratches that won't come off. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. A new gold mouthpiece currently costs over 40,000 yen, so please consider this if you are looking for one.
