These are Comme des Garçons Homme Plus pants. They are from the 1980s, with no "ad" notation. They are thin, 100% polyester pants with a cinch back and adjusters at the hem. The silhouette narrows sharply towards the hem, like "bontan" pants (wide-legged pants popular in Japan). They have details that can be hung with the cinch back. Items from this era rarely appear, so I recommend them to those who are interested. There is some pilling around the waist and some thread pulls like in the last image, but I don't think there are any particularly noticeable damages or stains.
