This is a cosplay outfit (tracksuit) from Fukurodani Academy. It's made of sturdy fabric and is not see-through. I purchased it on Mercari, and it was used once indoors. There's a stain on the fifth image, which I noticed when I opened the package. The original seller listed it as having no noticeable scratches or stains. Made by Alice Eve, size M.
