Although there is no tag, this item is new and unused. I bought it many years ago and it has been stored away. While it hasn't been used, the inside of the waist area has yellowed (see photos 4 and 5). It's on the inside so it won't be visible when worn, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about this ( ᐪ ᐪ ) The length reaches my knees, and I am 163cm tall!
