"Instant purchase OK - first come, first served." I bought this here, but ended up not using it and just kept it stored away. The previous owner used it twice, apparently. There are no pills, and the Velcro works perfectly. The belt part has some marks, but other than that, it doesn't show much wear and tear. I think it's in good condition as shown in the pictures, but please only purchase if you understand that it is a used item.
