Unused, long-term storage item: Ennosai Koshitsu (style) Ikkan Kamezo Natsume (tea caddy).
A work by Nakamura Soetsu, with a shiori (paper tag) and a matching box.
It is a thinly crafted black Ikkan-nuri (lacquer) natsume, with maki-e (sprinkled picture) in blue and red lacquer on the body and lid.
There are no stains, cracks, or chips, but as it is Ikkan-nuri, the color is matte and there are some uneven surfaces, so please be aware of this.
Please forgive any oversight of scratches.
The matching box is also in good condition.
Although it is a beautiful item, please understand that it has been stored by an individual.
