【Defective Wacom Intuos4 Medium PTK-640】 I have performed a basic operational check, including the touch wheel and function keys, but the overall condition of the product, including the pen, is poor. The organic EL display on the function keys also has display defects, so I am treating this as a defective item. I have confirmed operation with the following OS and Driver: Windows 11 Pro 25H2 Build 26220.7051 Driver Ver. v6.3.30-6 Included accessories are only the USB cable, pen, and replacement nibs (new, unopened). There may be issues that did not occur within the scope of the operational check. As this is a defective item, it may not function correctly depending on the environment in which it is used.
