This season, we've collaborated with "HOT FUDGE," a silk screen unit known for their humorous works that incorporate everyday objects, landscapes, and people as motifs, using materials like woodblock prints and records. They've created an original Aloha pattern. This artwork is an original Aloha pattern using four pieces from "HOT FUDGE"'s archive, featuring bottles as the motif. The four-color silk screen is produced by skilled domestic craftsmen by hand. The high-quality silk screen work by skilled domestic craftsmen faithfully reproduces the atmosphere of the original artwork, allowing you to enjoy the expressions of the unique illustrations. This is the main item of this season. The material uses "span rayon," which uses the original yarn for both warp and weft. It has a very soft, flowing feel reminiscent of high-quality vintage Aloha shirts, making it comfortable to wear even in the humid summer heat. The silhouette is the same as the "OPEN COLLAR," with a relaxed boxy silhouette with a wider body width. Taking advantage of the very soft and flowing fabric, it is tailored with minimal interfacing, resulting in a beautiful draped appearance.
