A hand training tool for musicians, developed by musicians. It can be used to train and maintain the strength, flexibility, and dexterity of the fingertips, hands, wrists, and forearms necessary for playing musical instruments. The tension for each finger can be adjusted from extra light to medium. The reversible grip allows for training of individual fingers or the entire grip strength.
