This is a Pilot Hi-Tec-C Basic Color pen. The ink flows. Due to the nature of the Hi-Tec-C, the ink may sometimes become difficult to flow. In that case, try dropping the pen tip from a few centimeters high. This should help the ink flow more easily. (This is just a personal method, so please take it as a reference.) *Even items described as "new and unused" may have scratches, scuffs, or stains due to long-term storage. We appreciate your understanding. Regarding unopened items, we have not been able to confirm their functionality, so please understand this beforehand.
