This is a Canon EF-S 18-200mm lens. I no longer have the camera body, so the operation has not been confirmed. Please assess the condition based on the photos. There is dust inside the lens and the focus ring feels a bit sticky, indicating some wear and tear. There appear to be no scratches or mold on the lens, but this is based on a visual inspection. The lens hood has scratches. Please purchase only if you understand the current condition.
