This is a high-neck blouse. I used to wear it with a jumper skirt, or under a knit sweater. I think it can also be used as an inner layer for events like entrance ceremonies♪ It's made of a material that doesn't wrinkle easily, and the color is off-white ☺︎ It has been used and may have some pilling.
