This is a ReFa shower head. Body only. I've been using it for 3-4 years. The model number is unknown. Operation has been confirmed. I will wipe the entire product with alcohol wipes before shipping, but there may be some water stains and signs of use that I couldn't completely remove. Please understand that this is a used item before purchasing.
