This is a baby's kimono used for rental. It is often worn for an important event to wish for the baby's growth, such as a visit to a shrine around one month after birth. Even if the mother or grandmother is wearing Western clothes, they will hold the baby and wrap them in this kimono for the visit. I don't see any noticeable scratches or stains, but please forgive any oversight. The outer fabric, lining, and long undergarment are 100% polyester.
