Thank you for viewing. This is a full set of furisode (long-sleeved kimono) that was all purchased at Takashimaya. It was worn about 5-6 times for family events such as coming-of-age ceremonies and weddings, and has been stored in a paulownia chest wrapped in tatoushi (kimono wrapping paper). This furisode has been cherished, but we have decided to let it go as there is no one else to wear it. I couldn't take very good photos, but the actual furisode has a charming design with the presence of shibori (tie-dye) and yuzen (dyeing technique). It is elegant and high-quality. When you wear this furisode with its gentle movement and substantial weight, made of silk, and tie the luxurious kin-sai (gold leaf) embroidered fukuro obi (formal obi), it is very gorgeous and has the dignified feel of a traditional furisode. Currently, items with these specifications are quite expensive, and especially the fukuro obi is difficult to obtain. ○ Furisode ○ Nagajuban (undershirt) Chrysanthemum pattern, light pink, there is a small stain on the collar. It will be hidden by the han-eri (detachable collar).
