One unit powers on, but there's no video or sound, and nothing works. The disc tray opens. The other unit outputs to the TV, but the disc tray won't open. There are many scratches and stains overall. There is damage to the bottom. There is a rattling sound when shaken. Body only. This is a junk item. Thank you.
