It's a gorgeous and cute outfit with neon pink! ❀ There's no tag, so I don't know the details, but since it was with Nana-chan of the Rainbow, it's probably her outfit. I apologize if I'm mistaken. I don't think there are any noticeable tears or frays in the outfit. I think there's a little fraying on the ends of the ribbon and the silver trim around the neck. I think there's some slight discoloration on the white thread of the lace at the hem of the dress. I think there's some slight age-related discoloration on the white fabric of the back and inside of the skirt. It probably won't be very noticeable when worn. There are snap buttons.
