This is a ruffled satin skirt from Lil. The color is black. I purchased it at a store a year ago and wore it about 5 or 6 times. The hem of the upper ruffle on the front is slightly frayed. Please see the second image for details of the damage. I'm selling it because I haven't had a chance to wear it and it's just been sitting in my closet.
