There are snags and pulls on the tulle. Please see photos 8 and 10. There are buttons on the shoulders, and when unbuttoned, it becomes an off-the-shoulder style, exposing the shoulders. It is a size 130 cm, but it runs small, and at a height of 120 cm, the length was just right.
