I purchased this last summer. I have used it about 10 times. The puff is not included. I have a cat. I will be careful with the packaging, but there is a possibility that cat hair may get in. Please refrain from purchasing if you have allergies or are concerned about this. Please note that returns, refunds, and claims are not accepted.
