Thank you for viewing. I believe this was given to me as a souvenir, but I'm not sure when. The length is about the distance from my shoulder to my pelvis, and I am 162cm tall. It doesn't seem like the length can be adjusted. There is a buckle 8cm from the bottom that can be detached. Thank you.
