Handmade by the artist. I fell in love with it at first sight, but I have never used it. The size can probably be adjusted. It currently feels like a size 9-10 (in Japanese ring sizes). I think it can probably be expanded to about size 14. The material is sterling silver (silver925). It's hard to see in the photos, but there is a hallmark.
