This is a metallic red SG-510. I understand it's a product from 1983-86. Made in Japan. Overall condition is poor, please consider it as a restoration base. The bridge, tailpiece, and nut are missing. The tuning pegs are rusty. The pots are quite stiff. The exterior has noticeable damage, including a chip on the headstock side and some paint peeling on the neck. Please judge the rest from the photos. Although it's in a de-tensioned state, there doesn't seem to be any unusual warping or twisting of the neck. The frets are also rusty, but they don't seem to be significantly worn. The neck joint is clean. It's a set-neck, arched-top guitar, and from the details of its construction, I believe it's a very good guitar. I intended to enjoy restoring it, but I haven't had much time, and I'd like to pass it on to someone. Due to its condition, please understand that claims and returns are not accepted. There are no accessories. I believe this is a prime example of a Japan vintage guitar, which is gaining recognition worldwide. As a model of the legendary Yamaha SG, I think it has the potential for future price increases.
