This was the cap of a ballpoint pen. I had kept it in storage without using it, but the ballpoint pen ink dried up and it became unusable, so I removed only the figure. Since it's unused, the strap's string part still has tape on it. I thought it was a waste to throw it away, so I'm selling only the figure.
