Purchased from a directly managed store. It's a beautiful item used only a few times, but I must respectfully decline purchases from those who are overly concerned about minor details. I intended to use it as a shoulder bag and prepared two straps: one adjustable and one non-adjustable. However, I only set them up and didn't actually use them. Personally, I loved how stylish and wonderful it looked as a shoulder bag, but I never ended up using it. Please note that this is NOT HERMES. There is a slight cosmetic stain on the inside tag, which might be cleaned with HERMES cleaning, but I'm not sure.
