This is a winter cover for baby carriers and strollers from Nishimatsuya. There is some dirt on the outside (in the red circled area). There are also some loose threads. The foot area is bag-shaped, so it's very warm. The pockets also have a fleece lining, so your hands will stay warm if you put them in the pockets. Although I haven't done it much, there are fasteners, so it can be folded compactly. Please understand that this item has been stored at home.
