This is a flip clock from the Nagano Market Nagano Exhibition. It runs (for about 3 minutes when I checked it) when you put in batteries, but it stops working after a while. You can set the time. For display purposes. The adhesive on the bottom part of the plastic panel on the front has come off and is slightly raised. See image 7. There are no particularly noticeable stains or scratches. I have inspected it thoroughly, but as I am an amateur, I may have missed something. Please forgive me.
