I purchased this about three years ago. The padding (headband and earcups) shows signs of wear and tear, with some peeling. The battery has degraded slightly, but it's still usable. I replaced the ear pads with third-party ones once and used ear pad covers. The ear pads and headband padding are easily replaceable. If you'd like, I can ship it with the (washed) ear pad covers attached. The box, charging cable (USB-C), and headphone case are included. How about this as an entry-level noise-canceling headphone?
