I only tried it on and have been storing it since. It's colorful and cute, with beautiful embroidery. As it's Hmong vintage fabric, there are some loose threads, snags, and areas where the color has faded, but these were present when I purchased it. You can wear it with your favorite pattern facing the front. Please understand that this is vintage fabric, and only purchase if you are comfortable with that and won't be disappointed compared to a brand new garment. It was difficult to choose the "item condition" for vintage fabric, but I selected "like new" since I only tried it on.
