This plastic model perfectly captures the unique shape and the prominent dents and imperfections of the original, a result of its wartime production. The body, made of thinner steel plates than standard locomotives due to wartime design, has a wavy appearance that cannot be replicated with other materials. This is a key feature of this model. The EF13 was by no means a "defective machine." It was beloved by those who knew the hardships of the time and continued to operate for a long time, undergoing renovations until the end of the 1970s.
