This plastic model perfectly captures the unique shape and the prominent dents and imperfections characteristic of the wartime manufacturing process. The body, made of thinner steel plates than standard locomotives due to wartime design, has a wavy appearance that cannot be replicated with other materials. This is a key feature of this model. The EF13 was by no means a "defective machine." It was beloved by those who knew the hardships of the time and continued to operate for a long time, undergoing renovations until the end of the 1970s.
