I replaced the key with another one immediately after purchase, so I haven't used it myself. I believe it was opened and closed a few times while on display with the bicycle. Everything in the photos is included. There is no box or instruction manual. The key number is "K5658". I will cover it with packing materials and send it via a postal service that allows for drop-off.
