This is a very rare, civilian-made N-1 deck jacket from the 1950s. It's a vintage civilian item, not a replica. I believe there are fewer of these remaining than the U.S. military-issue N-1 jackets. In the 50s and 60s, many civilian versions imitating the N-1 were produced. This is one of them. For N-1 collectors, I think this is another important piece in the history of the N-1. Features a 50s Crown zipper and high-quality fabric. There is sun fading, scratches, stains, tears, and a tear in the pocket lining. All buttons are missing. The Crown zipper makes the age obvious.
