A postcard I bought, impressed by the beauty of Girona Cathedral, which is accessible by train from Barcelona. It's a picture taken from a tapestry. Here's a description of the tapestry: The Creation Tapestry, 3.65m high and 7.7m wide, depicts scenes from the Old Testament's Creation story in embroidery. It was made around 1100 AD. Although the bottom is cut off, it's amazing that the embroidery, done nearly 1000 years ago, has survived in such a beautiful state of preservation. In the center is Jesus, surrounded by scenes of the Creation.
