This is a Lucky Guy maid outfit from Identity V. It's about a men's size M, but it's a tight fit, so women can probably wear it too. I've never worn it, but since it's made in China, there are a few minor scuffs and yellowing, but it's hardly noticeable. The items included are only what's in the photos (the outfit, apron, armbands, and socks).
