Upon amateur inspection, I don't see any noticeable scratches or chips, but this is just my amateur assessment. If you are concerned, please refrain from purchasing. (Diameter: Approximately 16cm) It has a Showa retro feel with roses? and the yellow flowers are understated, making the design very cute. The gold trim may have faded over time. It's difficult to tell from the photos, but the color is more of a grayish white than pure white.
